A week ago i received the following reply to my email from Paymonde,

Code:
Dear Merchant,

I have received your email requesting your access to your account be restored and you money sent.
We are working very hard to take care of all of you! We understand you are upset in these delays and
the lock out of the merchant control panel. This was done to try and control massive chargeback's.
Resulting in no one everyone ever getting money from the bank! We will update you with new access
to the back end in a couple of days. Once you receive the access this means funding will follow.

Once again we are very sorry for all of this.

It seems they are just sending out the exact same reply to everyone, anyone else received this reply? It has been more then "a couple of days" since i received this reply from them and i still have not received access to the back end. They seem to be stalling me...

Has anyone received their payment recently?

PS: Can someone learn Howard proper english? Even my 4 years old son can do better.
