all crazy theories aside... i think it makes sense... let wealthy americans and canadians buy all the coastal land in mexico and the lower class mexicans can service those people.. btw, i dont mean that to be demeaning, but this already goes on in the world.. the poor serve the rich....
canadians come to the us to work and not pay taxes and mexicans come to the us to work and not pay taxes...
the only people i know from the US that go to live in canada or mexico are wanted by the police or the irs....
