I dunno.. I came into this thread after the porn spider guy took the site down. So I don't know how he was getting all the clips (or what was on the site even) but it sounded like he was just spidering TGP's. Who cares? Put ads in those clips and enjoy the free advertising

Obviously, you never tested the productivity and quality of hotlinked traffic, did you ? I did and all i can say is their productivity SUX big time (way under 50%), even on a clean text link site.
Hotlinked traffic knows it can get all free and - most importantly - hassle free, without any need to look at ads. So they won't appreciate your redirected page. It stays a waste of valuable bandwidth.
So or so, hotlinkers are nevertheless criminals, since they induce heavy financial and technical damage.
