Most webmasters contact the sponsor before posting so if the webmaster still wants to post then the sponsor blew the opportunity to resovle the issue when contacted.

DO do come to us first... but honestly it is sad that every sponsor has to hire someone just to monitor the boards due to the overwhelming amount of complaints that never go straight to the company.
