Blogger isn't good for adult sites as most people will tell you their isn't many adult sites left on blogger they wiped most of them.
I'm not a big fan of GA i would rather keep my sites stats to myself, plenty of other programs around to track visitors.
Anyway you can use this plugin if you have a GA account, it will work on most themes but some themes such as xlabor you will need to edit to get it working.
