i seriously doubt whether fbi will do anything
the fbi act all big shot patrolling such things , but in the end unless the worm/virus trojan effects big business , the fbi wont do fuck all

the only reason the guy in this article http://www.techweb.com/wire/security/173500033 , done in is because he had DOD computers in his botnet , if the dod computers weren't being used the guy would still be running his botnet
