It's OK, CPC is good for US/North American traffic. Conversions on the ads I've setup were so-so, nothing spectactular but not a total waste. You can start small to see if it works for what you are promoting. My dealings with them have been clean. Be careful if you choose to pick sites to advertise - review their traffic and regional information carefully.
