The approx 10k rule is based around a principle concerning whether or not the company is a hobby or an actual livelyhood and of the company is allowed to write off things. I don't know Ebus and I would be the last to defend him, since I have a very strong opinion against rasicm and he has displayed convictions in that direction. But the thread from the Danish forum is 3 years old and probably not relevant in this self-owning.
Btw. How come you know so much about the danish laws and is able to accuratly translate danish texts?
