The approx 10k rule is based around a principle concerning whether or not the company is a hobby or an actual livelyhood and of the company is allowed to write off things. To be allowed to use tax write off's a Danish company has to have a CVR number, that is true. Not that it matters in Ebus owning himself

There is a difference between tax and VAT writeoff laws, and there is also a difference in how you work; independant at your own risk or working for somebody else.
