In regards to the clickcash performers (thoughts on will aside).
They need to sign some paper work, provide Government issued ID's and a secondary ID. (faxed or mailed in).
They then need to get on camera and validate themselves. This involves them taking a close up face picture with ID next to face. Full body shot. An identifying mark if they have them like tats, piercings etc. There is like six or so required pictures.
Then the staff checks the mailed or faxed in documents, and also checks each and every webcam picture taken. They often reject many and you end up doing it a few times. Then you need to redo this process every year.
That said, they also have some gizmo that they think makes them and all their performers compliant. It is an electronic gadget that can scan pictures etc and get info and crap. Reality is that they really mislead the performers into a false sense of security with compliance laws. Remember clickcash's sites are the secondary producers and the performers are the primaries. Now think about that for a moment, then remember they are encouraged to self promote, build mini sites, members sites, fan clubs etc.
