The best software firewall out there is Tiny Personal Firewall 4.0 - HANDS DOWN. I think its like $39 or something.. but its just looooney with the features.

You can get 2.0.15 (the last freeware version) here:

(note: The above url was found on google, its not mine. So if you play with any of the other stuff there and its evil or something don't blame me. I know that that 1.35 meg 2.0.15 pf2.exe was safe though)
