Get a Subway Rocket Mesa/Boogie amp. THEY ARE FUCING LOUD.
And have massive gain that a marshal could never touch. They just have a 10 inch 50 watt speaker, but it alone was enough to drown out my ex bandmates 4x12 with tube 100x2 power amp. The rocket is an all tube preamp and all tube power amp. 33 watt amp. Plug a 4x12 Mesa/Boogie cab into it and watch your pant legs vibrate violently. This amp totaly blew me right the fuck away!!! Even the line out sounds sexy when recording.
