Fiestaboy, if you think a court will absolutely never hold you responsible for what you host even after being notified via a written complaint, email or otherwise, then knock yourself out. Sitting back and doing nothing and waiting for a court order is fine in some cases, but all that might change once it can be proven that you knew full well there was something questionable on your servers. If you don't take your complaints seriously that's definitely your business.
