arn't parents legally responsible for children under 12? That parent should be reported to the local law enforcement agency and the local office for child welfare. They should remove the kid from that family for HORRIBLE parenting. If their kid has access to a credit card and is using it then maybe that parent needs to have some legal action taken on them.
fuck this we're responsible crap that always comes from parents like that - slap a few of these useless parent's in Jail and kids looking at porn will be cut more than in half over night if suddenly they become responsible. I hate these fuckin idiots that think everything in the world is someone else's fault and not their own.
