http://www.gandi.net . Seems it's one of the view Registars that give you FULL ownership/property for your domain. It's located in France where Domains are handled as Property. Due their Stats they seem to be the 6th largest Registar in Europe. I'am still searching and reviewing other Registrars, but seems this one is top notch and even on the same price level or cheaper than DirectNIC. Something everybody interested in REALLY OWNING his DOMAIN shoud check.
