Lol, i would agree with you, but you dont know the problems I have been having with them, so until you do know the in and outs of it, shut the fuck up!! Yeah i do knoe e mails get answered quick, so it shouldnt have taken days for them to get back to me, yeah and i do know what a phone is, but with the time difference its difficult, and why should i spend loads of time on the phone when i have sent 5 e mails and phoned aswell, hey what am i doing explaining to you!!!!
And know this isnt ccbill customer support, but hey have you read the rest of the thread other people have problems too.
