I have one of those 10 meg unmetered lines there.
They suck ass. If they weren't so cheap and simple I'd leave.
I can go into details:
when we first got the box we couldn't break 2 megabits - on a 10 meg line that's not good. Turns out they configged us to run half duplex and screwed THAT up so we were crawling. Then they logged in as root and rebooted, causing us to lose hours of work. That's where it started within the first 8 hours.
We've had fiber cuts, unexplained outages, ignored outages, they've blocked IP's (our own static office IP's) at the router to prevent us from getting into our server (they claim it was accidental)... That was a nightmare - they cut it off at night and told me it was off till the day crew came in. We lost a whole day of work.
All in all I would say they really do suck. Their support is awful and rude, and they end every discussion with "remember you don't have an SLA with us". That in itself is discouraging.
But they're really cheap.
Bottom line I don't know if I'm gonna stay there or move my galleries elsewhere. For more info about the service see my posting in the Cogent thread.
