Oh yeh, forgot that big one. No state income tax!!! Calfornia is outrageous. I think it was 8.5% last time I remember. So if you make a mil that's almost 100k out the door you could keep if you lived in Florida. That adds up if you make a lot of money.

Col Kurtz. California weather is hot as hell, at least in the Valley. I recorded a temp once of 134 in Calabasas.

I lived in Laguna Niguel for a while it was better there. And down near La Jolla is good too.

When I lived in LA I missed rainy days. Florida has just the right balance of them. And beautiful tropical flowers like you see in some areas of California.

Hot Trop Babes - where in Delray? My ex is over near Tropic Isles. And couple of my partners in Boca Bay. Beautiful homes over that way.
