Not like, inside charlotte, but in that area. You can get a nice place, decently priced, tons of land, winter the full 9 yards.
Check out indian trails NC. Its about 10-20 mins out of charlotte and is a nice area.
You also get all the sports and all that jazz that charlotte has to offer.

Charlotte??!! Hardly much winter and the city is growing faster than Atlanta!! It's got 1.5 mil in the metro area - I want
5K-10K and preferably less
I go up there 1-2 times a year and dread it every time
I don't want sports, I don't want ANYTHING. What I'm looking for is a lot of NOTHING
I'll take a look at Indian Trails but if it's just 10-20 minutes out of Charlotte, it's going to be a suburb in 2-3 years.
Ashville used to be a good area but about 10 years ago it did what my town's doing now.
