The thing is...EVERYONE has at least one tattoo these days. Even goodie two-shoe cheerleaders have one. Granted those are lame, but still.
One of my best friends lives in Japan right now & he's covered w/ tattoos. He says it's a HUGE prob cuz anyone that has a tattoo is considered to be linked to the japanese mob in some way, shape or form. He told me he always has to be totally covered up...even on the hot days. He sai it REALLY sucks.
