Anyone who knows Steve Sweet should know that he is about as smart as they come, he has a kick ass legal team and I doubt that he is very worried. Obscenity is one of the hardest things yo be found guilty of in court.
Max Hardcore just got off an obscenity charge here in Los Angeles about 2 months ago. It was 2 years in the making, and they could not prove there case. It was let go due to a hung jury.
This does nothing but brings a lot of publicity to the Sweets, and i'm sure they will keep on going like nothing ever happened.
As far as the Max Hardcore rape case, that was a couple years ago, some whore which was shot a few times before claimed she was raped, the police got involved but, nothing ever came out of it and the charges were dropped. The funny thing about that is the whore actually came back a few months later and shot 2 more scenes with Max. Just goes to show ya most chicks in the biz have mental issues and at the end of the day it's about the $$$. But, I can say there are a lot of smart women in the industry as well. So who knows.
