I don't know you, but you keep saying how you wanted her to care about you and you wanted her to stop but she wouldn't. Here is the reality. The day you sat down and watched her and another guy fuck was the day you both stopped loving each other. Your relationship ended the day you started talking about seriously doing this. What followed was inevitable. Humans are jealous types and it sound like you are now jealous and angry that she is no longer with you and you want to strike out and hurt those that hurt you.
Well buddy, you brought this pain upon yourself. You should just do as Jesus says, " If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also." The best way to get even with anyone that has hurt you is move on and live a happy life.
