I don't think he needs that. He's heartbroken, we've all been there. Some just handle it different than others. My 10 steps would include:

1. Calling over friends
2. Drinking lots of beer
3. Going to sleaziest strip club
4. Watching slutty strippers jiggle about.
5. Guilt trip friends into buying you lap dances and whatever else.
6. Drink more.
7. Go home.
8. Puke
9. Pass out
10. Wake up next morning with a hangover so bad that you don't even remember who your ex was.
