There are many healthy, happy, normal couples in the swinging and swapping lifestyles. If you want to see a secure, solid relationship sometime, talk to some swingers.
Just because a couple has an open relationship or experiments with an open relationship doesn't mean 'it's over" in fact, for swingers, it's just the start of a great thing.
But like any other sexual lifestyle, it's not for everyone. I suspect Donny, with his fundamentalist background growing up and all that baggage made a very poor decision to get involved in open relationship lifestyles and has blamed the evil Belinda for enjoying it. If it's not the lifestyle for you, fine, don't do it, but don't give other people a hard time about it.
