How much money do i need to be bringing in through ibill for them to lower their percentage cut???

Last month my only pay-site running through ibill grossed a little over $12k and my rep told me that they wouldn't lower it (It's currently 15% their cut, and 10% 6month reserve)

This month for the same site it's going to be over $15k.....

Has anybody else here had any experience with ibill..... i mean getting them to lower their rates????
