Pay someone that lives close to him to collect all the money at his door.
I don't see why that is so hard.
I'm sure there are ppl willing to do that for a few grand.

Owed people tons of money but nobody went to get it.
If he owed me money and if he lived within a range of say 100 miles I'm sure I'll have my money within 24 hours.
