Bunch of questions - need lots of help!

I just started up a couple of sites that I am looking to drive traffic to.
I've been reading the forums, and am finding that I have a lot to learn...such as:
Can someone recommend a good (and free) web page editor to use? I'm currently using Frontpage....nuff said.
I'd like to have my websites be maintained through the use of database driven objects...just not sure how to go about that. Or put another way - I'm looking for automation techniques.
Can someone recommend a few providers that focus specifically on latex and lingerie themed sites? I'm looking for additional content for me free galleries
Speaking of which...can someone give me backround on using TGP auto submitters? I'm finding it very confusing.
And lastly (for now) - is anyone actually making any money doing this? I'm assuming there are...and would be interested in any tips/tricks that could help me generate some revenue.
