Who cares about your claimed meta tags??? I don't care about your laws. I don't use content which can possibly suggest CP and do that without a need for any laws - it's common sense.
I'll repeat - you are responsible for your websites and content. That means *anything* you care to publish, whether this of your own orgination or ripped from elsewhere.
