But as far as I can tell -- if you want to do this the "right" way you need to have Windows Media Encoder running on your machine -- AND you need a Windows Media server on the other end (your host would probably set this up for a large $$$ fee) -- to broadcast the cam stream... So it's not a simple operation. But I'm pretty sure if you got WebcamXP pro set up you could play around... on my DSL connection I was able to entertain about 40 guys at a time... it's amazing how even a slow frame rate will keep people interested...

We are now on the right track. I hae the model and everything including a standard web server. I just need to know how to connect it all.
