i use them for virtual hosting, and overall, it's been pretty good...
except for three things:
one, i was recently changed to a newer, faster server (which is good). but i wasn't warned of this. i had to restore all my mysql databases, re-create all my email address, and re-install my cgi scripts.
two, my billing was done thru a paypal subscription. my paypal account was blocked and my subscription was therefore cancelled. i promptly paid thru my girlfriend's paypal acct. however, my uptown acct was suspended two weeks later, because uptown had thought paypal's cancellation of my subscription had meant i wanted my acct cancelled.
third, i made at least a dozen attempts to get some information thru their support forms, all of which went ignored.
other then these minor issues, everything is good.
haven't had any technical problems/issues to speak of.
