They all apply - puppet court, kangaroo court - the effect is the same.
Tho they don't matter much to anyone other than "Americans" - the people who have more relevant concerns are those in Iraq feeling the consequences and fuckups of good ole USA.
They never really cared about stupid US domestic politics in Iraq - wonder why?
