Looks more like someone filming with their small camera rather than anything high tech. I'd also bet that with all the camera crews in Iraq right now, the official *full video* was filmed professionally - and this is just someone with forethought and knowing the value of it on the net, that was a witness and used their camera phone or pocket camera.
