Upgrades for all Relink products are for the lifetime of the product itself. ABPSA is a fairly new (November) product, so you can expect a bunch more upgrades. In fact, I've got one in beta right now.

ABPSA is regularly priced at $299, although there has been significant pressure from users to raise this. We plan, at the current time, to go back to the $299 pricing tomorrow.
