it seems you are really new in the biz..
- youngerbabes gets around ~250k daily i think.
- every tgp has it owns way to make money, they keep going traffic around by skimming traffic to partners; they will have visitors from the partners back.
- they are making money by linking galleries with their affiliate code, and hope someone will signup with that link. it's their choise to get revenue-sharing (percentage) or PPS (pay per sign up, usually less than revenue but it is recurring) (correct me if im wrong)
