awc's been on aol's blacklist for years..suprised you ever got any email from them thru your aol account..
trust me I'm no fan of awc...lol, but I have to agree you sound like a pain in the ass..just do the support ticket thing, you spent more time posting this thread then you would have doing the support ticket...lol
