I've never heard of anyone getting away with it...that's a horrible accusation and personally, I'd allow a death threat before that...especially with all the unnecessary *recent* heat the industry has taken with underage content.
All I know is the admin was fuckin on the ball. I mentioned it and he was banned in like 5 minutes. Kudos to the admin/mods on this one!
