morals clauses have to be unconstitutional, a violation of anyone's civil rights - this girl did nothing illegal, she did nothing that at least 50% if not more of society has done. 50%? um - i'm saying closer to 90%, i actually don't know anybody who hasn't taken pics or video of their girlfriend at some point.
