One month...ok, caught in red tape..but CCBill being able to process 13 months worth the charges on that credit card means that the card has not been cancelled. If CCBill is going to issue a refund of 13 months...then they should also inform the credit card company that they have been provided proof that the card holder passed away 13 months ago and have that card cancelled.
that's not neceasarilly true.
