In all seriousness you are still using HD's "bar and shield" logo.
Ask a good lawyer if using a logo MODELED on Harley-Davidson's bar- and-shield design will involve you in a legal nightmare.
You are using a logo BASED on HD's bar and shield in an attempt to make money off bikers right? ..... Right?
Harley has a bounty on trademark infringers ... A surfer will turn you in.
At least show up in court with your lawyers written opinion that you can use the logo. HD might scale back their claims.
