Because the thing is that Ibill almost always MIGHT direct You the right way, i.e. may be show You a company which will work better for You, especially since You were a client for 4 years.
The thing is - Ibill has troubles. This has happened before although not that bad.
When they have troubles they HAVE to get rid of what is called "questionable" content.
That includes: rape fantasy, bestiality, incest and...comix, anime, celebs. That's several millions of dollars per month of turnover so it's not easy for them either.
But the real problem is that when they simply ban people, some of those banned guys tend to make new domain names, new companies and simply come back and that is why they prefer if they know how to forward such a client to some other safe place so he wont need to come back.
The real problem if You ask me, is that NO ONE right now gives a fuck what's LEGAL and what's not.
I see that there used to be just 1 billing company which has operated the right way, by the exact book of law, not giving a fuck about what anyone says and therefore independent and very well protected because 100% legality gives a good protection , and that company was Ibill and because of this standart they have reached their great turnover and profit.
And we have a bunch of fucking pussies imitating it since the day 1 and crying all the time "shit Ibill is so big, shit Ibill is so bad, Ibill is..." and we have a bunch of board players who almost go nuts of how important they are cause oh shit one of them has a used ferrari and damn pissed off that Ibill doesnt give a fuck about who or what they are. Lol...
Now when Ibill has some serious problems fucking pussies get scared and the board crowd gets happy beyond beleif and that's basicly it. People dont even understand how fucked they are.
