As for your processor trouble, it goes with the territory you are in.
Just like having your legal, hosting, etc. tight.
There are plenty of processors who will take your biz though.
I know at least one BIG TIME Celeb webmaster ;) and I don't think he is having any troubles with U.S. based processing.

Downloading is bad, but distrubting is worse. lol. like drugs. using v. selling.
