Like most AVSes, they seem to be oriented towards keeping the masses of newbie dumbasses from bugging the shit out of them. Unfortunately, that means that it seems to be somewhat tough for anyone else to get ahold of them.

Anyone got an ICQ they can send me? Don't post it here, just refer them to me or send it to my ICQ 5061408 if ya got it.
