From time to time I've had clients come about looking to buy paysites through me... this time I am partnering with someone and will be purchasing a group of paysites myself.
Pre-requirements are as follows so I don't waste anyone's time:
Nothing under $10,000 per month in revenue please.
Only hetero sites for now (unless a gay site is part of a larger group including hetero sites).
If your chargeback rates have been high (hovering over 1.5%), we won't be interested.
Any sale will involve all the due dilligence, so please no sites that don't have complete accounting records.
No sites that are extreme fetish/hardcore - we're not looking to get first in line for questionable "obscenity" hearings.
