How to retouch Eyes 101:
Step 1: With the color dropper pick the whitest area of the eye
Step 2: With the brush tool set on Color, color the white of the eye.
Step 3: With the stamp tool set on Lighten and 20% opacity stamp out the darker spots.
Step 4: With the Burn Tool set on Shadows and 10% carefully trace the outline of the iris.
Step 5: Switch to the Dodge tool and create a gleam (half shape moon) on the opposite side of the catch light.
Step 6: Switch to the Sponge Tool set to saturation and 20% flow, and bring out a little more color of the eye.
