transaparent rules.
full upfront disclosure and discussion of the issues that might affect access to ones money
flawless customer service.
understand that you cannot fuck up with someones money. ever. its just not acceptable under any circumstances.
treat the endless customer care issues like life and death
treat every customer like they will be your last.
functionality and possibilities are just a small part of the equation. the second someone can't access their money, the card doesn't work, their cards dont get replaced in a timely manner, you are not fully on the ball with customer support.... you lose.
