Book there instead of Expedia as you can always call Harrahs right up to 72hrs before arrival and cancel or even take advantage of an even lower price. In the last 4 weeks the price at harrahs website has gone down from 79 to 59 and then this week to 45. If you book with Expedia they wont allow you to take advantage of any lower prices and you cannot cancel.
