New Orleans
So in my drive across the country two weeks ago I chose to take the longer route to Texas and drove through New Orleans. Let me just tell you that WOW you have got to see it to believe it. Everything destroyed and abandoned. I mean yeah you saw the shit on TV but to actually SEE it in person was breath-taking. Has anyone else seen New Orleans since Katrina? And does anyone have a clue as to whats going on with rebuilding the city? It doesnt look like anyones made any effort to begin trying to revive the city.
I also heard that where the levies broke and the water flooded the
"soup-dish" that they left whatever was under water... under water? Bodies included. Is this true? Im sure I could research this online but I really kinds wanted to dicuss something of some sort of meaning.
Thoughts anyone?
