He must be an idiot or a newbie. I live in Turkey, I am in fucking porn business since 2001. Am I in jail? Hell No. There has been child abuse and porn releated news in our media for 2 months, somebody wants to make money by selling web filter/protect softwares thats why. If this guy is in prison, he must have connection with illegal porn sites. I know there are many many fake CP sites, they dont contain any shit just one or two young looking thumbs like in lovetgp.com ones.
So get real!
We have laws based on german civil law and some others -- check cia.gov / world fact book. We are not using new or old islam laws. This is a laic (french word) country. Turkey doesnt have a religion as a country, people have.
