Shows are what you make of them. If it is "lame" it is your fault as much as anything else.
Is it smaller? Yes.
Did they use a smaller hall to make it look more crowded?
Yes.
Were there fewer sponsors and parties? Yes.
Were there great dinners, parties and Player's Balls? yes
Did business get done? Yes.
Is there enough interest to do this again? Who knows.
Does it seem like there is a higher owner:affiliate ratio than past years? Yes.
Do I mind? Not so much.
