Hollywood, basically, you are saying to non-smokers that you can't work in some places because you don't like smoke. Would you suggest to black people that they can't work in white businesses, or that women should stay home barefoot and pregnant too?
How about we tell cops they can't have guns anymore, and if they don't like the risk, don't be a cop. Perhaps we can get rid of all those pesky health a and safety people that try to keep construction workers from getting hurt. You don't like the risk? Don't be a construction worker!
Forcing non-smokers to limit job choices or forcing them to risk their lives by inhaling second hand smoke to be able to make a living isn't much of a choice.

And before someone chimes in with "second hand smoke is a health issue that is affecting others", that argument doesn't hold any weight either. People who have the flu are a health risk to others when they go into a public place. Should they be prohibited from being in public?

As for this, well, first, smoking is OPTIONAL. It isn't a disease, it is a choice. Smokers can go outside and nobody dies (except themselves). People who have the flu should stay home. Second hand smoke kills, it has been shown. Whats your point?
